Staff Management Development Program - Team Building

 A team is more than the sum of its parts and building and managing a team requires additional management skills to get the most out of teamwork.

This course shows you how to weather the storms of group behaviour, how to make the most of team diversity and energise your team to achieve better performance, no matter what development phase it's in.

Who should attend

Team leaders, supervisors and managers who have more than 2 people in their team.

Objectives

By the end of this workshop you will be able to:

• Analyse the differences and similarities in your team and find ways to make the most of that diversity.

• Identify whether your team is in the Forming, Storming, Norming or Performing development phase and take action to move it into, or keep it in, the Performing phase.

• Select and plan an appropriate team energising technique to maximise performance.
