Leadership at Work

Half day

Staff Management Development Program - Leadership

* Are your team members at each other’s
    throats?

* Do you have trouble getting them to work
    together?

* Do they challenge your leadership?

When young people are first promoted to a management position they often model their behaviour on their parents or teachers to establish their authority, which doesn’t go over well with their staff.  Add to this the fact that any change in a team (especially its leader) is unsettling and you have a recipe for disaster.

This course shows you how to weather the storms of group behaviour, how to build trust with your team members and be an effective leader.
